Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As an Agency Sales Representative, you will establish and nurture relationships with business clients to offer tailored benefits solutions. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and delivering effective solutions to meet client needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams, manage client accounts, and track sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed targets.
