Agency Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Akron, OH. The Agency Sales Representative will drive new business development by identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include delivering presentations, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with clients to tailor financial protection programs to their needs. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

• Sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey product value effectively
