Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chambersburg, PA for an Agency Sales Representative. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and promoting Colonial Life's portfolio of benefits solutions. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining a strong pipeline, delivering presentations, and facilitating benefit enrollments. The role also involves ongoing relationship management with businesses and ensuring superior service to meet their expectations.

- Sales and client acquisition skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pitching value propositions
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills to manage client interactions and deadlines efficiently
