Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Development Manager, based in Orlando, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Agency Development Manager will focus on driving agency growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring sales teams. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, nurturing relationships with business owners, conducting market analysis, and maintaining performance metrics to meet sales targets and objectives. Collaboration with other internal departments will also be required to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and to identify business opportunities within the region.
