Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Newnan, GA, allows for a blend of in-office and remote work. As an Account Executive, you will develop and manage strong business relationships with clients, identify prospective accounts, and devise tailored benefits solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with decision-makers, conducting needs analyses, presenting product offerings, and coordinating enrollment processes using Colonial Life’s advanced tools and technologies. You will also provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in relationship building, client account management, and negotiation
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and decision-makers
- Ability to analyze client needs and design customized benefits solutions
- Familiarity with digital tools, enrollment technology, and CRM software
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in insurance, sales, or employee benefits is beneficial but not required
- Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
