We are searching for a passionate Sales Managers in Ringgold/Fort Oglethorpe and surrounding areas. This role is an independent insurance agent who develops / generates new business and specializes in client acquisition in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of Insurance products and services
- Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
- Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
- Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Beneficial Qualifications and/or Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams
