About the role
Blue Trust’s Family Office is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support Advisors with business development, marketing, and investor relations efforts. You’ll help run the sales pipeline, coordinate events, and prepare the materials that power high-level client and prospect conversations—all within a faith-based, biblically grounded wealth management environment.
You’ll work closely with Advisors, Operations, and other internal teams to keep the pipeline clean, events effective, and communications excellent.
What you’ll do
Marketing & Meeting Support

Support Advisors in preparing for prospect and client meetings by developing briefing pages, customized PowerPoint presentations, and branded marketing collateral.

Prepare high-quality, tailored materials that clearly communicate value and support the Family Office’s business development goals.
Pipeline Management & CRM Oversight

Manage the Salesforce CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, opportunities, and key business development activities.

Oversee reporting to Senior Management and Advisors on KPIs and progress toward business plan objectives.

Establish and maintain data standards and best practices within the CRM to ensure integrity and reliability of information used for decision-making.
Event Planning & Execution

Lead the planning and execution of client and prospect events, including defining event objectives, advising on format and content, and shaping engagement strategies.

Coordinate event logistics, attend events as needed, and provide post-event feedback and recommendations to improve future events.
Collaboration & Process Improvement

Partner with Advisors and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the client and prospect experience.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows around marketing, pipeline tracking, and event execution.
Professional Development & Conduct

Proactively increase knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and biblical financial principles through training and continuing education.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, marketing, business, or a related field.

Certifications & Licenses
