Landscape Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a reliable Landscape Foreman to lead residential crews and oversee daily landscaping services. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards while delivering a great experience for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide crew members on residential maintenance and installation jobs
• Plan daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain quality standards across mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation work
• Operate and oversee proper use of landscaping equipment
• Train team members on safety practices and job procedures
• Communicate with management on progress, schedules, and issues
• Perform site checks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track labor, materials, and job progress

Qualifications

• 3 years of landscaping experience (residential preferred)
• Prior crew leader or foreman experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and basic installation practices
• Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
