Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects on time, within scope, and to client specifications
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation, and tree care
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Assist in planning project layouts, material ordering, and scheduling to optimize workflow
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and professionalism
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations
- Troubleshoot issues related to landscaping construction, irrigation systems, or horticultural challenges promptly and effectively
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, horticulture, and tree care techniques
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with landscaping construction projects including hardscaping or planting design
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to outdoor work environments and construction sites
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers effectively
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
