What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person on job sites — check work quality, keep equipment in good shape.
- Organize routes, manage schedules, and keep the crew on task.
- Handle problems with staff or customers and turn them into solutions.
- Train your crew and make sure everyone’s ready for the next day’s work.

Requirements
- Landscaping, lawn care, or similar industry experience.
- Know how to run and maintain mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.
- Willing to get any required licenses or certifications within 6 months.
- Clean driving record and experience pulling a trailer.
- Ability to commute to Shop in Roanoke, TX
