Associate, PR & Communications | Collateral Partners
We're hiring an Associate, PR & Communications to own content and multimedia execution for Collateral Partners and our client base of 400 investment firms, asset managers, and financial institutions.
This is an execution-first role. You write the LinkedIn content, script the video, coordinate the podcast, manage the newsletter, and distribute the thought leadership.
What You'll Own
- LinkedIn content for executive profiles and corporate pages across private equity, asset management, real estate, credit, and founder-led firms
- Video scripting and production coordination: brief the freelancer, manage revisions, and own delivery
- Podcast coordination end to end: guest booking, editor briefing, show notes, and multi-channel distribution
- Newsletter writing, formatting, and distribution for client accounts
- Thought leadership drafting: op-eds, contributed articles, and market commentary on behalf of client executives
- Distribution of white papers and research reports produced by the Transaction Readiness and IR team
- Editorial calendars, post-event content sequences, and cross-channel rollouts for fund launches, key hires, and deal closes
- Media relations support as the practice expands into earned media
What We're Looking For
- 3 years in content production, communications, PR, or a closely related field
- Exceptional writing: your prose reads as institutional and polished without revision
- LinkedIn content writing experience, specifically for executives whose voice you have to match
- Video production coordination: you can write a clear brief and manage a freelancer through delivery
- Podcast coordination: booking, briefing editors, show notes, and distribution
- Strong organizational instincts: multiple client content calendars running simultaneously without anything slipping
- Financial services or professional services background is a strong plus
- Dallas-based or willing to relocate. This role is on-site.
Compensation: Competitive base performance bonus
