We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support statement production, testing, and reconciliation processes within a financial services environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across client statement delivery, while also contributing to key transformation initiatives such as statement redesign projects.
Key Responsibilities (Day in the Life)
- Manage daily field service requests and handle ad hoc client mailings
- Support periodic statement testing and validation activities
- Execute monthly statement production cycles with high accuracy and timeliness
- Perform form and insert reconciliation, ensuring all components are accurate and compliant
- Conduct validation checks to ensure data integrity across statements
- Participate in testing and implementation of new statement designs planned for rollout in 2026
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Project Exposure
Wealth in Focus – Statement Reformat Initiative
- Contribute to a large-scale statement redesign project
- Perform end-to-end testing of new statement formats prior to production release
- Ensure all design, data, and compliance elements meet business and regulatory requirement
Technology & Tools
- Broker-dealer platforms such as Betalink and Broadridge for statement validation and processing
- In-house back-office mainframe systems for data verification
- Microsoft Office Suite:
- Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
- Access for data management
- Word & Outlook for documentation and communication
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or a related domain
- Hands-on experience with statement/document production processes
- Strong understanding of audit, reconciliation, and operational controls
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in Project Management roles
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as mutual funds, bonds, etc.
- Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives
