Must Haves:
- Minimum 5–7 years of recent recruiting/sourcing experience
- Recent (past 5 years) hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with active U.S. government security clearances (Top Secret or above, including polygraphs)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search strings
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Arlington or Herndon, VA Plusses: Experience recruiting for system development, software development, data center engineering, or NOC/SOC environments within the government contractor space
