Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Specialist, Vendor Liaisonto manage strategic technology vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, and drive cost optimization.
- This role partners closely with IT leadership, Procurement, and Legal to ensure vendor agreements meet business needs, contractual obligations, and performance expectations.
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 10 years of experience in vendor management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, vendor performance management, and commercial relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic IT vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance.
- Lead vendor pricing, commercial, and contract negotiations with IT leadership and Procurement.
- Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and vendor scorecards.
- Lead vendor selection, sourcing initiatives, and RFP processes.
- Partner with Legal to negotiate, finalize, and manage vendor agreements.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, invoicing, credits, penalties, and payment coordination.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing IT or technology service vendors.
