The Facilities Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for both interior and exterior general maintenance cleaning of commercial buildings, residential model homes, amenity structures, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Disinfects and cleans the interior and exterior of all company commercial buildings
- Disinfects and cleans the interior and exterior of all residential model homes
- Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: disinfection, dusting, emptying trash, mopping floors, cleaning Windows, cleaning upholstery, etc.
- Orders necessary cleaning supplies
- Follows maintenance schedules set by management
- Supports Event setups and tear downs of tables and chairs.
- Serves as a backup for the Facilities Maintenance Technicians
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
- Maintains effective employee and public relations
- Reports any damage or unsafe conditions to management
- Participates in safety meetings and all safety training
- Wears all required PPE, following all protocol and instruction to ensure its being used properly
- Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
- Able to be flexible by working other shifts when needed.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning facilities.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be proficient in safely handling hazardous materials
- Customer service sills preferred
