Cohen's Bagel Company in Madison, CT is looking for a night baker 9pm-5am to join our team. We are located at 1347 Boston Post Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend dough
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Package wholesale products
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift 50 lbs.
