Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet during production.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
Skills

- Knowledge and experience with sourdough breads and laminated doughs.
