About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the Beauty, Fragrance, Fashion, or Luxury Consumer Goods industry. This role will focus on creating high-impact visual designs across packaging, merchandising, advertising, digital assets, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency and premium aesthetics.
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and fashion, possesses exceptional production skills, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts and creative solutions for packaging, advertising, merchandising, digital, and print materials.
- Create visually compelling artwork that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Execute packaging design projects from concept through production.
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy of artwork specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, and Brand teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Review proofs, color standards, layouts, and production materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay current on beauty, fashion, packaging, and design trends.
- Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of graphic design experience within the Beauty, Fragrance, Fashion, Luxury, or Consumer Products industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and brand design work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of packaging production, printing processes, and artwork development.
- Excellent typography, layout, color, and branding skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with prestige beauty, fragrance, luxury, or fashion brands.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, finishes, and print production techniques.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets and social media creative.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
