Title: IT Support Specialist – POS Systems (Windows / ServiceNow)

Duration: 12 months contract

Position Summary
The client is looking for POS Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain POS hardware inventory and assets.
- Support device rollouts and refresh projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows POS devices.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying Windows POS hardware.
- Familiarity with Client Engage Go, Ingenico or similar POS systems and peripherals.
- Strong hardware and OS troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Experience using ServiceNow.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
