IT Support Specialist
Location: Conshohocken, PA (Onsite)

Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support to end users while assisting with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
This position operates in an onsite environment and requires a self-motivated, dependable individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT systems
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions
- Support Office 365 administration and basic network operations
- Manage and track IT service tickets; prioritize, follow up, and escalate as needed
- Assist with IT asset management to maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and maintain documentation including knowledge base articles, procedures, and user training materials
- Support mobile device management and video conferencing solutions
- Perform general system troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Collaborate with broader IT teams to support infrastructure and operational initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Active Directory
- Exchange Server or Exchange Online
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) preferred
- Experience supporting mobile devices and A/V or video conferencing tools preferred
- Healthcare or hospital environment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
