This role involves working closely with QA teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to manage test schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test strategies.
- Coordinate testing efforts across functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure test environments and data are prepared and available.
- Track and report testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing scope and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
- Maintain documentation related to test execution and results.
