Data QE Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks for data validation and ETL processes.
• Perform data testing and validation in Snowflake to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline testing and deployment processes.
• Manage defect tracking and analysis, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct production validation and release verification to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Generate detailed reports on test results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and data validation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and validation.
• Experience in data testing and ETL testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data validation.
• Proven experience in developing automated test frameworks.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong defect management and analysis skills.
• Experience in production validation and release verification.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze test results effectively.

Preferred Skills:
