Corporate Coffee Systems is hiring, and we want YOU to be part of our
Top-Notch Technical Operations Team!
Centrally located in Westbury, Long Island NY, CCS is a leading New York metropolitan coffee, refreshment and breakroom supplier providing a world-class product line and Micro-Market technologies to bring that coffee-house feeling to its clients in the tri-state area. We specialize in a full line of name-brand refreshment products and breakroom equipment that our clients can trust.
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, the ideal Service Operations Coordinator will bring their customer care skills and experience to provide support for our equipment repair and maintenance service department. Be our first-hand contact and service provider to our customers to make their service event a positive experience.
What you’ll be doing:
· Answer, monitor and schedule client service calls, client installations, pick-ups and equipment deliveries.
· Monitor client account information including service call frequency to determine service escalation, account contact data and other relevant information for Technician dispatching.
· Record daily Technician work orders and schedules, updating department task boards.
· Process filter change invoices and monitor open orders to escalate service.
· Prepare and review department asset reports, while identifying and updating inaccurate data.
· Confirm and track delivery of vendor equipment orders.
· Provide support with special projects and other administrative tasks.

· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
· Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
