What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist Floater position at Codinix?
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience: Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional: Preferred candidates are those with experience using Epic as their EMR.
Credentialing required:
COVID, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TDaP, TB testing
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
