Coda Search is partnering with a global alternative asset management firm that is seeking to hire Investor Relations Associate with offices in Midtown, NY. This is a global firm that has over $55BN AUM and operates across a variety of different asset classes including private credit, real estate, and equities. This role sits on a team that focuses on institutional investors, supporting two of the firm’s major funds and its investor base. The role will be a blended role of client service, project management, and preparing customized marketing materials and reports for the firm’s investors.
The firm has a great reputation and culture and has been a client of our firm for over ten years. Many of the people that we have placed in the firm have moved into leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing materials including pitchbooks, meeting materials, presentations, and questionnaires
- Assist in fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of fundraising presentations and due diligence materials.
- Prepare RFP's and DDQ's
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes
- Oversee and update the CRM system with client information
- Receive and respond to client inquiries and coordinate updates
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (GPA 3.5 and above)
- 2 years experience in banking, financial services, or investment management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset but comfortable speaking with c-suite executives
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
