Senior FP&A @ Consumer Services Company

Coda Search has partnered with a consumer services company based in Irving, Texas, which is looking to bring on a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This individual will be central to financial planning and analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while delivering meaningful financial insights to the leadership team and business partners. This is a newly established position within a dynamic consumer services organization that has steadily grown both its operations and its revenue in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Produce and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior executives and company management.
• Contribute to the annual budget cycle, including developing departmental budgets, financial models, and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial forecasts, rolling projections, and long-range financial models.
• Compare actual performance against budget and forecast, pinpointing primary drivers, trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial results and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
• Design dashboards and conduct analysis of key performance indicators.
• Pinpoint ways to strengthen financial reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical tools.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience managing large datasets and converting financial data into actionable insights.
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present financial information to senior leadership.
