Our client is an integrated real estate investment firm. They seek a Investor Services Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Lead LP outreach and prospecting efforts across retail and institutional channels, conducting investor research and due diligence, traveling with senior leadership to conferences, organizing Investor Days/AGMs, and coordinating LP meetings, dinners, and related events
- Respond to LP inquiries regarding fund reporting, capital activity, and investor-related requests while managing the investor relations inbox
- Draft and distribute investor communications, including capital calls, distributions, quarterly reports, annual financial statements, and fund updates
- Maintain accurate investor records, subscription documentation, funding status, and CRM data throughout the investment lifecycle
- Coordinate subscription execution, onboarding workflows, wire instructions, and funded commitment confirmations with fund administrators
- Support capital raising initiatives by preparing offering materials, investor presentations, due diligence responses, and maintaining the investor data room
- Collaborate with fund administrators, legal counsel, and accounting teams to ensure accurate investor records, reporting, and transaction processing
- Monitor capital calls, distributions, redemption activity, and perform quality control reviews of investor communications and documentation
- Organize investor meetings, webinars, conferences, and firm-sponsored events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up
- Enhance investor relations processes through workflow improvements, automation, and technology tools to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or operations within real estate private credit, private equity, or alternative investments
- Experience at a small to mid-sized platform with direct ownership over investor processes preferred
- Familiarity with fund administration and investor reporting platforms (Agora, Yardi)
- Experience managing subscription documents, onboarding workflows, and capital activity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of professionalism
