Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting functions for a property management/HOA company. This role will handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly reporting. 3 month length contract.
Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices and payments
Manage Accounts Receivable, including homeowner dues and assessments
Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Respond to basic accounting inquiries from vendors and homeowners
