Client Service Associate
The Boston office is seeking a Client Service Associate to support a handful of advisors and ensure a smooth, personalized experience for clients. This role serves as the operational and service backbone of the advisory team, handling day-to-day account activity and acting as a direct point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries and service needs
- Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to execute account updates, transfers, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Support delivery of financial planning materials, reports, and communications
- Uphold compliance standards and ensure all processes follow firm policies and regulatory requirements

- 5 years of experience supporting HNW individuals in a wealth management setting
