Our client, a leading global investment firm with an expanding wealth-channel presence, is seeking an experienced professional to support platform operations and distribution initiatives across a range of alternative investment products. This role blends product operations, reporting, and relationship management within a highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to wealth platforms or asset managers and understands the operational workflow behind servicing alternative investments. This individual will manage platform servicing needs, perform data reconciliation, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and support platform-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational requirements for the firm’s alternative investment offerings across major wealth and distribution platforms.
- Reconcile internal reporting with platform-provided data, ensuring accuracy for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, finance, and third-party service providers to enhance automation and streamline subscription and account-maintenance processes.
- Partner with strategic accounts and platform-facing teams to prioritize initiatives, enhance service delivery, and improve the firm’s overall operating model within the wealth channel.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in an operational, platform-servicing, or investor-support role within alternative investments, asset management, or a related wealth-management environment.
- Strong technical skills, particularly with Excel and data reconciliation.
- Clear and effective communicator with the ability to interact across internal teams and external partners.
- Highly proactive, able to work independently, identify data irregularities, and drive solutions forward.
- Strong academic foundation with a bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with fund administrators, transfer agents, or third-party service providers is advantageous.
Salary : $125,000 - $170,000
