Our client is a very large well-known Private Equity/Real Estate Fund.
The select individual will be responsible for executing large big-budget commercial real estate transactions across various sectors.
Primary Strategies include: office, industrial, logistics, data centers, commercial and mixed-use asset classes
.
Responsibilities
- The role will focus on office/industrial underwriting/M&A activities across the southeast US region.
- Identify market trends, and translate these insights into actionable investment strategies.
- Utilize a network of industry relationships with the Brokerage community and Property Managers to procure desired assets in target regions.
- Develop and execute strategies with intent to enhance and expand upon strategic alliances and optimize capital allocation through direct investments/acquisitions.
- Work closely with both internal and external partners to build the firm's brand and manage the full life-cycle deal execution process from sourcing to closing while performing strong analytical and due diligence responsibilities.
- Prepare Investment/Offering Memorandums for Investment Committee and Partners.
- Manage, develop, and mentor the Acquisition Team, assisting in building a high-performing team and implementing processes to support their success.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across business units to support expansion, consolidation, and relocation needs.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience within commercial Real Estate Acquisit
- ions.
- Top Academic pedigree required.
- CFA/MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing/mentoring and developing young Analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data modeling, research, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- High interest in and enthusiasm about economic and financial market trends
- Exceptional client-facing skills and service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and effectively communicate complex issues both verbally and in writing to senior management and clients.
Salary : $250,000 - $375,000
