Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in subject area and two years progressively responsible management experience in assigned or related field; OR,
Associate's degree in subject area and three years progressively responsible management experience; OR,
Four years progressively responsible management experience; OR,
Any equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Preferences: Prior experience working in a court, legal, or justice system setting, such as juvenile court, clerk of court, legal office, prosecution, defense, or probation. Prior experience in personnel management. Prior program and or project management.
This position is exempt from overtime.
Note: Individuals in exempt classifications as part time employees may be classified as non-exempt per FLSA law regarding minimum weekly salary requirements.

- Supervises and evaluates staff
- Assists in the preparation and administration of the budget
- May administer grants
- May serve as team leader or project manager

- Ability to:
- Analyze complex problems and suggest appropriate solutions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate administrative and management plans
- Effectively manage human, fiscal and material resources
- Work safely and support the culture of workplace safety
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships with employees, County officials and the general public
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
