CobbleStone Software is seeking a high energy individual with strong sales instinct to join our fast-growing team as an Account Relationship Representative. The successful candidate will join a results oriented, casual, fun environment. The Account Relationship Representative will be responsible for qualifying, identifying, contacting, developing quality account growth opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. This essential team member will drive buying demand and identifying growth opportunities with their direct accounts. This individual will interact with current clients, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographic area. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn about the industry and target market. This position is based in Lindenwold, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Account Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts; understand client goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure client success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, implementation, customer success, and support teams to deliver seamless service.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct remote and onsite presentations to showcase solutions; travel required.
- Growth Initiatives: Support and execute account growth campaigns by introducing new features, modules, licenses, and services.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Brand Promotion: Attend conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company brand.
- Sales & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly quotas; provide regular production reports.
- Campaign Execution: Implement manager-provided campaigns via email, calls, social media, and demonstrations.
- Account History Review: Collaborate with previous account managers and implementation teams to understand client history and strengthen relationships.
- Quoting & Work Orders: Prepare quotes, manage work orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate services and licenses.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion.
- Flexibility: Adapt to evolving role requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Requirements
