Position: Client Relationship Associate

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)

Pay: $23.00/hour

In this role, you will be the face of our firm, providing world-class support to our clients and helping them navigate their financial journeys with confidence. • Onsite (Malvern, PA): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Work From Home: Monday and Friday.
• Weekend work may be required.

Training & Shift Details:

• Initial Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time).
  • Note: We maintain a strict attendance policy during the training period to ensure your success.
• Post-Training Hours: You will transition to a permanent shift, typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Client Relationship Associate, you will manage a variety of responsibilities ranging from empathetic client support to technical account troubleshooting:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, assisting with account changes, technical online guidance, and general questions.
• Handle sensitive account tasks, such as processing notifications regarding a client’s passing and placing necessary restrictions to secure decedent assets and information.
• Utilize your knowledge of various account types (IRAs, Individual, and Trust accounts) to explain basic rules and regulations to clients.
