The Business Analyst role is an in-person position in Papillion, Nebraska.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding, testing, documenting, supporting, and analyzing a variety of credit union systems and applications as well as the procedures that support these systems. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for testing changes and maintenance items for integration into these systems. This position requires effective prioritization, communication, and organization skills. This position will also regularly interface with our internal customers to ensure the system is meeting their required needs.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Associates Degree required or equivalent experience in technology or the banking industry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial industry required.
- Experience with SQL and Oracle preferred.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and requiring minimum supervision.
- Experience in developing and executing testing plans.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside the department.
- Open minded thought process and flexible with the ability to utilize creative solutions to solve problems.
- Detail oriented with effective prioritization skills.
- On-call availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
