Chief Marketing Officer

Our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for creating and executing short- and long-term strategies that produce value for our membership and result in the long-term success of the credit union. The CMO will have a strong ability to use data in creating marketing strategies, evaluating results and increasing the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with a financial institution highly preferred. 
• 10 years experience in marketing/public relations field including leading a team required.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, & Hubspot
• In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
• Experience in managing agency relationships required.
• Familiar with rules and regulations applicable to credit unions.
• High degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy of information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize while meeting established deadlines.
• Excellent verbal ,written communication , and time management skills
• Ability to interface well with Credit Union personnel and Board members, credit union members and community leaders.
• Experience with common office software, including developing and maintaining reports.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate early or late meetings, special events, weekend activities.

Other Job Requirements

Must be available to work weekends, evenings and on call availability to assist with auditing needs.
