Loan Processing Manager

Our Loan Processing Manager is responsible for leading the Consumer Loan Processing team, which includes the Loan Processors and Funders. This leader is responsible for coaching and leading their team of employees to ensure the highest level of accuracy, production, and member service are provided. They serve as a back up to the VP, Consumer Credit in their absence. This role has a direct impact on the growth of the Consumer Lending department.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. 
• Five years of experience in loan underwriting or processing required.
• 2 years of coaching and management experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and staff and members.
• Strong sales experience.
• Ability to perform and coach on sales and service techniques.
• Working knowledge of regulations.
• Knowledge of underwriting standards and guidelines.
• Ability to develop business and member relationships.
