Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Associate supports the company’s financial operations by reviewing and processing invoices, assisting with vendor payments, and maintaining accurate expense records. This is an entry-level role that provides a strong foundation in accounts payable while supporting the day-to-day needs of the accounting team.
- Review and enter incoming invoices into the accounting system.
- Assist in processing vendor payments (checks, ACH, wires) in a timely manner.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
- Help monitor and track outstanding invoices, credits, and payment status.
- Support expense allocations to proper accounts and cost centers.
- Research and resolve basic discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation.
- Provide general support to the AP/AR team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1–2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, data entry or an administrative support position
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
