Your Role:
As a District Controller, you’ll manage the accounting functions across our respective sites, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in driving financial success and maintaining the integrity of our operations.
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and analyzing economic trends.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines for the district.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Provide financial updates and insights to senior managers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Reconcile monthly reports and analyze district financial information.
- Support short- and long-term operational strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Five or more years of professional accounting experience, including two years in public accounting.
- MBA and bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
- Proven experience in financial project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
- Strong time management and self-starter attitude.
