Your Role:
The HR Onboarding Coordinator will work with People Experience leadership to execute transactional onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success from offer acceptance through day one.
- Process all onboardings procedures from offer letter to day one.
- Complete all pre-hire processing in respective systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires to provide onboarding updates
- Check status of applications and add notes into the application tracking system of communications with Candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by collecting and verifying new hire documentation.
- Create and maintain employee files in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into appropriate systems.
- Coordinate provisioning of tools, equipment, and system access for new hires.
- Communicate onboarding timelines and expectations to People Experience Leadership
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support compliance with onboarding policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service, or data entry role
- Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole is required
