HR STAFFING SCHEDULER/COORDINATOR

We’re seeking a motivated HR Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsible for supporting daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures that Human Resources policies and procedures are effectively implemented while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Help manage job postings in our ATS and tailor descriptions to attract talent.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate.
• Partner with hiring managers to align role requirements and candidate selections.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance.
• Provide professional, timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and 90-day new hire check-ins.
• Build pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.

• Experience recruiting for healthacare and or home health agency.
• HR onboarding experience including background checks, I-9 and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
