Location: Los Alamos, NM | 100% Onsite (TA-55)

What You'll Do
- Oversee field construction activities for conformance with approved drawings and codes
- Lead coordination between design engineers, field personnel, and contractors
- Mentor junior engineers and field staff in project execution and compliance
- Conduct material take-offs and ensure procurement aligns with project needs
- Propose and implement field process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
What We're Looking For
- S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6 years of experience - OR 14 years of equivalent industry experience without a degree
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering principles and field verification practices
- Strong experience resolving technical challenges during project execution
- Proficiency with ASME, NEC, ACI, and other applicable technical codes and standards
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- EIT or PE license
- Familiarity with DOE and LANL standards - Conduct of Engineering, ESM
- Experience in nuclear, laboratory, or high-consequence environments
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or glovebox installation systems
