Location: 100% Remote with light travel to Los Alamos, NM

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day execution of HR and Payroll ERP workstreams
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables aligned with program milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate across business, IT, SMEs, and vendors and system integrators
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment with program governance and controls
- Serve as escalation point for workstream-level challenges
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure cross-functional alignment
What We're Looking For
- S. Citizenship preferred; must be able to obtain DOE clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of project management experience with an ERP focus
- Strong experience leading ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience with HR and Payroll business processes and systems
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams in matrixed program environments
- Strong risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP environments
- Experience transitioning from Oracle to SAP or similar ERP platform migrations
- Background in federal, DOE, or highly regulated industries
- Experience working with system integrators and large-scale ERP vendors
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
