Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports third-party logistics operations in a warehouse environment, focusing on training, supervising, and assisting warehouse associates to ensure efficient order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns.

Responsibilities Include

• Training staff on duties, SOPs, and equipment safety, observing performance, and correcting behaviors.
• Assisting with order processing, inventory management, and overseeing shipping operations.
• Providing day-to-day guidance, managing workloads, and recommending workflow improvements.
• Operating motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to move inventory.
• Supervising staffing needs, addressing associate concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Using computer systems for operations and reporting.
• Performing related duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse workflows and equipment operation.
• Ability to work overtime, maintain safety standards, and operate equipment proficiently.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
