- Training warehouse associates on duties, responsibilities, and equipment safety according to SOPs, observing performance for corrections.
- Utilizing RF devices for daily tasks.
- Assisting with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
- Overseeing shipping operations, including UPS, emergency orders, and deliveries.
- Performing advanced tasks and decision-making as an individual contributor.
- Providing daily guidance to warehouse staff, managing workloads, and recommending workflow efficiencies.
- Managing inventory levels and using motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
- Supervising departmental activities, including work assignments and staffing needs.
- Handling associate concerns and utilizing computer systems for operations and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
- Ability to read, understand English, and possess basic math skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse workflows and proficiency with motorized equipment.
- Ability to work overtime, maintain safety, and uphold attendance standards.
