We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at CCHC Imaging Center. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
- Collect and verify patient information for medical records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks.
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
