Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern
Location: Dallas, TX – Uptown (Onsite)
Pay: $20/hour

CMC is looking for a driven, outgoing, and ambitious intern to join our growing Dallas team and help us attract the next generation of top talent.
This is not a “coffee-run” internship. You’ll have real ownership, work directly with leadership, and gain hands-on experience in recruiting, employer branding, social media outreach, and business growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us identify and engage future talent across sales, recruitment, and consulting functions as we continue expanding across North America.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support our internal hiring team with sourcing and attracting top sales and recruitment talent
- Use LinkedIn, social media, networking, and campus outreach to connect with potential candidates
- Assist with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and screening conversations
- Help create talent pipelines for future hiring needs across the business
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, social content, and team events
- Gain exposure to recruiting strategy, hiring processes, and business development
- Work closely with leadership and recruiters on real hiring projects and growth initiatives
- Help create a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Maintain recruitment activity and candidate data within internal systems and CRM platforms

- Someone who is motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, marketing, or consulting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred
