Job Title: Senior Consultant (Delivery-Focused 360 Recruiter)

Location: Dallas, TX – Uptown (Onsite)

Compensation: $100k OTE (Base Salary Commissions)

About the Role

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Consultant to focus on sourcing and delivering top-tier Transmission Line (T-Line) Engineers across the United States.

This role is centered around candidate generation, talent engagement, and full-cycle recruitment execution within the Transmission & Distribution sector. You’ll partner closely with Client Sales Consultants to identify, attract, and place highly specialized T-Line Engineers supporting major utility and infrastructure projects nationwide.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience in an agency setting (engineering or technical markets preferred)
• Strong ability to identify and engage niche engineering talent
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to grow into a high-performing recruiter
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage Transmission Line Engineers (Design, Structural, PLS-CADD, Project Engineers, etc.) across the U.S.
• Conduct technical screening calls to assess qualifications, project experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a strong national talent pipeline within the T&D market
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Work closely with Business Development teammates to deliver talent for active utility projects
• Track market trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill demand within T-Line engineering
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants to support repeat placements
