This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who excels at high-volume outbound calls, resolving overdue accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements professionally. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes, review aging reports daily, and consistently meet collection targets.
