Director of Nursing (DON) for our Skilled Nursing Facility
Compensation: $160,000 - $210,000 Annual Salary

Are you a nursing leader who wants to run the clinical operation of a well-established skilled nursing facility? A respected post-acute center in Staten Island, NY is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead its nursing department. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with AMAZING BENEFITS.
This is a full time, on-site leadership role. The Director of Nursing owns clinical operations, nursing staff leadership and development, regulatory and survey readiness, quality measures, and resident care across the building.
Qualifications:
- Active New York RN license in good standing
- Prior Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of long term care regulations, the survey process and quality measures
- Proven leadership, staffing and team development skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the nursing department and ensure high quality resident care
- Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Oversee staffing, scheduling and clinical standards
- Partner with administration on operations and quality
